We send the link to your online class 1 hour before class start time. You want to ensure our firstname.lastname@example.org email is on your safe senders list.
There is a new link for each class. No link will be used twice.
You must book the class one hour before class start time. If you fail to sign up, you will need to wait till our next class.
If you have not received the email with the class link 15 minutes before class start time, please email email@example.com
Late cancellation window is 2 hours. Please cancel 2 hours before class start time if you cannot attend the session to avoid losing your class credit.
WHO ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR?
The classes are widely suitable for anyone. As long as you are not pregnant or suffering from chronic injuries, you are able to join us. We provide modifications for the beginners and challenges for the more advanced students so everyone gets an amazing workout - EVERY TIME!
HOW LONG IS A CLASS?
The classes are 30 minutes long. We want to keep you moving but understand that your family may need your attention. So, we've specially crafted our classes to fit alongside your work from home schedule.
WHAT DEVICE SHOULD I USE?
Our link will work on any laptop, tablet or mobile! If you'd like the instructor to check out your form, remember to place the device enough of a distance away from you so the instructor can see you whether you're on the mat or standing up. Oh and make sure you can see the instructor - so the bigger the screen, the better!
HOW MUCH IS A CLASS?
The first class is free! You will still need to book in though so head to our schedule here, create an account and book into the EXPRESS class of your choice! After that you have the option of buying a single class credit for LKR 750 or a Weekly Unlimited Pass for LKR 2,750.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
Just head to our online schedule by clicking here, create an account (if this is your first time with us) and click sign up next to the EXPRESS class of your choice!
You can also use the MINDBODY app by downloading it on to your phone, searching for Barressential and signing up for the class of your choice.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR A CLASS?
As always, we recommend having some water and a small towel near you (to wipe off that sweat!). We also recommend a mat (or a carpet or other soft surfaces), a stable surface (hard backed chair, a counter top or wall), a small ball (or rolled up towel) and some weights (don't have weights? try two filled water bottles!). You can wear whatever you like!
WHY ARE THERE OTHER CLASSES ON THE SCHEDULE?
We are still running our Core Mat Pilates (45 minute) and Barre Sculpt (50 minute) classes for anyone who wants to sign up for those sessions. Classes are priced at the usual rate (LKR 1,500 or class pack or unlimited monthly membership). These classes give you the full experience of the class as at the studio.
I'M ON A CLASS PACK OR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, CAN I SIGN UP FOR EXPRESS?
You are most welcome to sign up for EXPRESS classes on your monthly membership. However, class packs (4,5,8 or 12 packs) are not eligible for EXPRESS classes due to the shorter duration. We don't want you to pay full price and receive a half hour class. Please sign up for the Core Mat Pilates or Barre Sculpt classes on the schedule using your pack. Alternatively, please purchase an EXPRESS single credit or weekly membership.
