Every minute counts. That's why a 55 minute class includes strength training, HIIT & cardio bursts and stretching to improve flexibility.
Whether you're new to fitness or a die hard enthusiast, every class is structured to meet you at your level. Our instructors have undergone intensive training and are sticklers for correct form. We keep class sizes small to make sure you get the attention you deserve.
