Advanced Booking Rights

 

Barressential PVT Ltd ("The Company") will publish its Class Timetables on the fifteenth of the month, one month in advance. This will provide all Barressential Clients with a maximum six week view of the planned classes.

Refunds, No Shows and Late Cancellations

 

All group class clients must give a minimum 9 hours cancellation notice in advance of their booked group class start time for Reformer Pilates and 6 hours cancellation for Barre, Mat Pilates & Yoga classes. If a client cancels post this window, it is classified as a "late cancellation". Not turning up for a class is classified as "no shows" and no refunds will be made under any circumstances. "No shows" and "late cancellations" incur a LKR 1,500 penalty fee (for Barre, Mat Pilates & Yoga classes) & LKR 2,500 penalty fee (for Reformer Pilates group classes even if on a class pack) or a class credit is deducted from the client's class pack as if the client had attended class (only for Barre & Mat Pilates classes).

All private class clients must give a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice in advance of their booked class start time. If a client cancels during the 24 hours, it is classified as a "late cancellation". Not turning up for a class is classified as a "no shows". "No shows" and "late cancellations" incur a LKR 5,000 penalty fee or a class credit is deducted from the client's class pack as if the client had attended class.

There will strictly be no exceptions. There will be no refunds or transfers or extensions of class packs under any circumstances.

 

Clients who fail to turn up promptly (within 10 minutes of the start time) for the start of a class will be denied access to the class.

Limitation of Liability

 

The Company cannot be held responsible for any particular class or private session, instructor and/or item of equipment not being available for whatever reason. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the class timetable and appointments for private sessions, instructors and/or equipment, as well as to those ancillary facilities (e.g. changing rooms, showers), provided to Clients, without notice and in its absolute discretion and the Company will not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except in so far as such loss is by law incapable of exclusion.
