If you're coming from Baseline Road, turn onto Thimbirigasyaya Road. Look out for Abhayarama Temple on your left — just ahead, you’ll spot a four-story light grey building with a “Denyo” sign.
Walk past the security hut and enter through the side door.

Coming for A Class? Remember....

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Doors close on time to ensure a calm, focused space for everyone. Late entries interrupt the flow and increase the risk of injury — we want you to get the full experience, safely.

We kindly ask that you leave phones aside during class. Barre is your moment to disconnect, reset, and move with intention — like a mini retreat for your body and mind.

For hygiene and safety, grip socks are required for all classes. Forgot yours? No stress — we sell them at the studio.

We keep our class sizes small for a more personalized experience. If you can’t attend, cancel within the window to free up the spot for someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged — not to be harsh, but to keep things fair for the waitlist.
