Our Fundamentals class is crafted to teach you traditional Reformer Pilates with a focus on form, technique and awareness. With our Fundamentals class, you learn to maximize the Reformer's targeted nature by perfecting your form.
We recommend 1-2 Core Mat Pilates classes prior to your first Reformer class.
All abilities welcome. Not for pregnant mamas. Priority will be given to clients who have not taken 4 Reformer Fundamental Classes.
Moving on from Fundamentals, the Signature class brings you contemporary Reformer Pilates with an added oomph. The 50 minute dynamic class mixes in cardio, strength training & stretches to get the heart rate UP, muscle BURN & sweat ON!
MUST complete 3-4 REFORMER Fundamentals classes prior to attending.
Not suitable for pregnant mums & anyone suffering from injuries.
