MAT PILATES
The traditional Mat Pilates repertoire consists of 36 exercises crafted by Joseph Pilates to strengthen the core, mobilize the spine, stabilize the pelvis, strengthen & mobiles the shoulder girdle and create strong limbs. Classes use props such as bands & balls but no Pilates apparatus - thus the term "mat" Pilates.

REFORMER PILATES
