CORE Mat Pilates
Pilates is the best method to increase core strength, resolve back pain, balance muscle and create postural alignment. In our Mixed class, we focus on incorporating the fundamental Pilates principles, mastering movement sequences and adding some challenges.
Suitable for all ability levels. Not suitable for pregnant mums.
MORE BURN. MORE TONE.
Taking our Signature class up a notch (or two), the Barre Advanced class is designed to challenge your stability, balance and core strength whilst trimming arms, thighs and glutes in muscle shaking moves!
The drops are lower, the holds are longer and the heels are higher. Be challenged!
Must complete 4 BARRE Signature classes prior to attending.
Delighting in the traditional Pilates repertoire, we incorporate the fundamentals from CORE Mat Pilates classes into a free flowing movement sequence.
See an improvement in your overall strength, flexibility and improvement in muscular balance in just 3-4 classes.

A Colombo cult favorite! Barre on steroids - our Sculpt class is a non-stop, high intensity, cardio class designed to keep you on your toes. We go for the most sweat inducing, heart rate kicking class choreography with the goal of getting you fitter, longer, leaner and happier!
Must complete 4 Barre Signature classes before attending a SCULPT class.
Class is not suitable for pregnant mothers or 6 months or less post partum clients.
FIND YOUR ZEN.
Introducing Beginner Hatha Yoga - a practice focused on strength and alignment - perfect for increasing flexibility and undoing the unseen physical stresses of a work day.
60 minute classes will introduce basic poses in sequences designed to challenge old patterns while also rejuvenating and energising. Approach a centred mindfulness through a balanced body.
RECHARGE & restore
In this 30 minute class, we focus on your recovery as much as we do on your workout. A well recovered body means you are able to get the most out of your Sculpt, Signature or Flow classes.
Working with fascial release techniques and long stretches, we work to release tension in muscles, elongate them and help you become more flexible.
We recommend as a add on warm up or cool down to our other classes.
TO BE MAMA Pilates
Did you know that working out during your pregnancy can not only help you keep fit but help with labour and birthing? Creating strong pelvic floor muscles, engaging the abdominals, improving shoulder & hip flexibility and mobility - Pilates is the perfect gentle exercise method for pregnant mamas. All Pre Natal classes are on Mat.

NEW MAMA Pilates
Post Natal 6 week course crafted as a fusion between Barre & Pilates to target your pelvic floor muscles, regain your core strength whilst achieving full body toning. We also specialize in diastasis recti (ab seperation) recovery.
Bonus: if post natal, your baby (6 month old or less) is welcome to join us during private sessions so no child care, no problem.
